If I could rate one star I would... ordered a simple strap to band pallets with and it takes over a month to receive an item that stated in stock and I also paid an extra £10 for next day delivery! No emails, no phone calls no communication at all and I'm still left with no item that I paid extra for! They never answer the phone either, awful service DO NOT USE!
